Graduation is an exciting milestone for all KSU students! While we wish we could provide unlimited tickets to every graduate, we must make accommodations so all graduates can invite guests. 

Spring 2021 Ticketing Policy  

Ticket Information

Tickets will be required for all guests, including children and infants, attending any of the Spring 2021 Commencement Ceremonies at Fifth Third Bank Stadium.

Tickets will be available to claim beginning at 9:00 am on April 5, 2021 through 5:00 pm on May 6, 2021.

  • Seating for guests inside the stadium is reserved seating.
  • Students will not be seated with their guests.  All students will be seated on the stadium field with their fellow graduates.
  • Tickets will be sent as mobile delivery.
  • Tickets are only valid for the assigned ceremony date and time. They may not be used for other ceremonies.
  • Students may not register to attend to receive tickets on behalf of another student. 
  • We are unable to accommodate split seating or adjust the number of seats in a cluster. Ticket exchange is discouraged to avoid guests sitting with someone outside their household. 
  • All tickets should be downloaded in advance due to potential connectivity issues.
    2021 Spring Commencement unclaimed ticket pods of four tickets will be available for purchase at $20 per pod beginning May 7th at 9:00 am.

  • Please note, tickets must be purchased as a pod of four and are unable to be sold as individual tickets. 

As a reminder, students must claim their allotted pod of four free tickets by May 6th at 5:00 pm.    Purchased pods are not guaranteed to be near or in the same section of a graduate’s original allotted pod.   

All spring 2021 commencement ceremonies will be held rain or shine.

Ticket Eligibility

Students who registered in advance to be a participant in the Spring 2021 Commencement Ceremonies will be eligible to claim tickets (one pod) for their guests. Each student will receive FOUR tickets for their commencement ceremony. 

Please note Commencement Registration for Spring 2021 ceremonies is closed.

Ticket Reservation

Graduates must utilize their student account in the Kennesaw State University eVenue system in order to claim their allotment of commencement tickets. If you have previously registered for an event such as student football tickets, you can log in with your account credentials. If you have not, you will have to create an account using your KSU ID number.  

Once logged in, you will see the available ticket pods for your ceremony. Students will only be able to select a seating pod and cannot select an individual seat. Proceed to check-out to complete the process and have your tickets emailed to you.  

  • Returning Users
    • All tickets for the will be sent via Mobile Delivery: Your ticket should arrive via email. Please download the tickets and add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App.

    2. Select KSU COMMENCEMENTS
    3. Select the SPECIFIC CEREMONYyou will be participating in to claim your tickets.
    4. Proceed through the ticket "buy" process for your free tickets.
  • First Time Users
    • All tickets for the will be sent via Mobile Delivery: Your ticket should arrive via email. Please download the tickets and add to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App.
    • Please visit this link
    • Click REGISTER
    • Enter your STUDENT ID NUMBER
    • Select KSU COMMENCEMENTS
    • Select the SPECIFIC CEREMONYyou will be participating in to claim your tickets.
    • Proceed through the ticket "buy" process for your free tickets.

Receiving and Sharing Your Tickets With Your Guest(s)

Your tickets will be emailed to you after you complete the ticket reservation process. You will receive a link to save your tickets to your Apple or Google Pay wallet on your phone. All tickets are mobile delivery. Guests will have to present their ticket on their mobile device for scanning at event entry.  

DO NOT PRINT THE TICKETS.  

You must save your tickets to your Apple or Google Pay wallet to activate them for scanning at the gate.  If you do not save your ticket to your digital wallet, you will have issues validating your ticket at the gate.    

Sharing Tickets With Your Guest(s)

We encourage all parties who will be sitting together to arrive together for the event. However, if your party will be arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow your guests to arrive at their own convenience. Please visit this link, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing KSU ticketing account or simply create an account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay.

Ticket FAQ’s:

  • Accessible Seating (ADA)
    • For guests who require ADA seating but will not be in a wheelchair, please contacts the Kennesaw State University EVM Box Office for assistance.
    • All ADA seating is located throughout the stadium.
  • Am I able to change my selected seats?
    • No, once you have selected your pod we are unable to make any adjustments. 
  • I am unable to log in OR register for an account
  • Can I still print my tickets from home?
    • The Print-At-Home ticket option will not be available for the Spring 2021 Commencement Ceremonies. The tickets will be sent via mobile delivery and presented via a smartphone.
  • Can a digital ticket be downloaded to a computer or printed on paper?
    • A barcode that is transferred to paper is not accepted at the gate. Mobile tickets on a mobile smartphone device are the only acceptable tickets.
    • Printing these tickets will result in a QR code that is too large to scan at the gates.
  • What if I don’t have Wi-Fi connectivity on the date of Commencement?
    • Please download your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Good Pay in advance. Once the tickets have been downloaded, your connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access your tickets.
    • If you did not download your tickets in advance and are experiencing issues with connectivity at the arrival of the event, please come to the Box Office (located near Gate B) for assistance.
  • What if I don’t have a smart phone or my battery dies on the day of the event?
    • For issues in advance to the commencement ceremonies, please contact the box office (470-578-4849) and we will assist in troubleshooting the issues.
    • On the date of the commencement ceremony, please visit the Box Office (located near Gate B). You will need to present a valid photo ID with the name associated with the ticket account. We can assist you from there.
  • What if my guest(s) are arriving at Fifth Third Bank Stadium at different times?
    • If arriving separately, you can transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This will allow your guests to arrive at their own convenience. Please visit this link, select the tickets you wish to transfer and enter the recipient’s cell phone number. They will receive a text message instructing them to accept their tickets. They will need to log into their existing KSU ticketing account or simply create an account to accept their tickets. Once your guest(s) have accepted the transfer, they will be able to add tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
  • Can I transfer my tickets more than once?
    • Please note, tickets may only be transferred ONCE. If you need assistance, please contact the Box Office at 470-578-4849.
